Pricing Policy

Fresh Coffee Network delivers Freshly Roasted, Organic, & Fair Trade Coffee. Our beans meet a strict quality of taste and sustainability criteria. Fresh Coffee Network roasters are independent companies contracted to supply fresh dated coffees. We strive to offer the best prices possible while adhering to integrity and transparency. Important Note: Availability, quantities and prices are subject to change without notice. The web page and the pricing sheets are updated regularly.

Packaging Policy

Less packaging and more flavour. This is a premium coffee that does not rely on packaging in an attempt to preserve freshness. We use 100% biodegradable bags to limit the environmental impact and recycling is done as much as possible.

Shipping Policy

Fresh Coffee Network ships coffee from several locations across North America with a variety of delivery options. Shipping is charged at cost. Customers are required to choose preferred delivery service (standard, next day, etc.). Shipping rates are calculated at the time an order is placed. Shipping costs will be available for review and acceptance prior to placing an order.

Privacy Policy

Fresh Coffee Network wishes to ensure your privacy. FCN does not share your personal information with any organization or individual except as required to fulfill a coffee order.

  1. Accountability
    1. FCN is responsible for personal information under its control.
    2. All FCN employees are responsible for day-to-day compliance.
    3. When we use trusted third parties to act on our behalf by performing such functions as fulfilling orders, delivering packages, or processing credit card payments, contractual or other appropriate means are used to ensure compliance by such third parties with this Policy and all applicable privacy laws.
  2. Identifying Purposes
    1. Unless the purpose is self-evident due to the nature of the transaction in question, FCN will identify the purposes for which personal information is collected at or before the time the information is collected.
    2. The proposed purposes will be described in a reasonably understandable manner.
    3. An example of a self-evident purpose is requesting the name and address of the person placing an order in order to ensure proper delivery.

    2. Profile information may be used to create personalized content, services, and advertising on or related to FCN. FCN may also use your profile information to create aggregate reports. Such profile information is anonymous and does not contain any personally identifiable information.

    4. FCN will not sell or distribute your personal information, even with like-minded organizations.
