The Jane Goodall Institute of Canada has teamed up with the Fresh Coffee Network and Merchants of Green Coffee to produce Canada’s first Jane Goodall Institute Coffee! Our specialty Grade Arabica beans are ethically sourced from Uganda, Tanzania and Ethiopia, certified Fair Trade & Organic & roasted locally for freshness and taste. It’s a delicious blend of bright citrus, with a smooth body and chocolate finish.

After many months of tweaking, refining & tasting, the Drake Blend was created with staff & customers together.  We are so pleased to launch this delicious and dreamy coffee for the Drake Hotel.  This blend is made up of coffees from Ethiopia, Sumatra and a rare coffee from Haiti which directly supports the coffee farmers of Haiti.   Go by and have a taste!
